Letter of Thanks

Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ,

As the seasons of the year change throughout the church, at jobs, activities and family life we also experience many changes at House of Hope. We have had much to be thankful for in these first months of 2019.

Our weekly car wash at the Sumter Tire location on 301 (707 S. Main St.) continues to be a great, ongoing fundraiser for the ministry and our students make the cars shine!

In March, we held our annual “Evening of Hope” Gala Dinner at Hope Lutheran church. For all those who participated and supported this evening we extend our sincere thank you.

Our next event was the concert held in April thanks to the Silver Strummers which was also held at Hope Lutheran Church.

Our students enjoyed a blessed Easter weekend with worship services and a family dinner at our campus.

Heading into summer, we are planning for our move to our temporary home in Wildwood and expect to be there by early July. Our building committee members are diligently looking for property that will become our new home but in the meantime, we are thankful to God for this blessing of temporary housing.

From our family at House of Hope to each one of you, we thank you for your continued support in so many ways – your time, your talents and your treasurers.

Blessings, Pastor Malcolm Mosley, Executive Director
